Call center

We are looking for a Call Center Executive for an overseas employment opportunity in Thailand/Myanmar.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing information and assistance, maintaining professional communication, and following company procedures.

Salary: USD 800 per month + applicable incentives/bonuses.

Accommodation and 3 meals per day will be provided.

Contract period: 1 year.

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.

• Communicate with customers and provide required information.

• Respond to customer queries and assist with basic issues.

• Maintain proper records and follow company procedures.

• Meet assigned performance and attendance requirements.

• Coordinate with team members and supervisors when required.

• Maintain professional behaviour and communication at all times.

• Perform other reasonable duties related to the Call Center Executive position.
