Desh Videsh Naukri is completely FREE for all job seekers. Candidates do not pay any subscription, registration fee, or application fee on our platform. Consequently, refund policies do not apply to candidates as no payment is ever accepted from job seekers.
1. Employer & Recruitment Agency Paid Services
Desh Videsh Naukri provides digital job advertising, candidate database search access, and employer subscription packages to corporate employers and licensed recruitment agencies.
- Instant Digital Activation: Job posting credits and candidate database access quotas are digital products activated immediately upon payment completion.
- Non-Refundable Purchases: Payments for job posting plans, employer packages, and ad credits are generally non-refundable once activated.
- Unused Quotas & Hiring Outcomes: No refunds or pro-rata adjustments are issued if an employer does not utilize their job posting credits before package expiration, or if candidates interviewed are not selected.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds will be considered exclusively under the following technical circumstances:
Double Billing
If a user is debited twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error.
Technical Failure
If payment is deducted but system fails to activate credits within 24 hours due to server error.
3. Refund Request Process & Timeline
- Email your request to employers@deshvideshnaukri.com within 7 calendar days of transaction.
- Include your Payment Gateway Reference ID, Invoice Number, and registered Employer Email.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
