2. How We Use Your Data
We process your personal information strictly for legitimate platform operations:
- To enable candidate discovery by verified employers and recruitment agencies searching for skilled manpower.
- To process job applications submitted by candidates for domestic and overseas positions.
- To send job alerts, application updates, and security OTP notifications via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
3. Profile Sharing with Verified Agencies & Employers
When a job seeker submits a job application or sets their profile visibility to active:
Your professional resume, skill set, work history, and contact details are made accessible to the recruiting employer or recruitment agency managing that vacancy. We require all employers to use candidate details solely for bona fide recruitment evaluations.
4. Data Security & Candidate Profile Control

You maintain full control of your data. You can log into your account anytime to edit, update, or delete your resume and candidate profile.
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain your personal information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Account Deletion Request (Google Play Data Safety): You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
